May - November - (Summer)

The summertime in St Bart’s is also the rainy season and hurricane season, many of the hotels and restaurants close down during June, July, and August. If you find a hotel during this time of year, you will be rewarded with some of the best discounts for the entire year, so with 20-50% discounts. This time of year brings less crowded beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it an ideal time to travel to St Bart’s. The average daily temperatures in July are around 86 degrees with lows around 75 and the waters around the island maintain a temperature of around 81 degrees. The cool tradewinds bring a refreshing breeze to the island throughout the year, keeping things comfortable in the summer heat. Normally the rain during the summer months comes in quick afternoon storms and is sometimes referred to as “liquid sunshine”.
